Dr Anand G. Garg received his medical degree in 1960 from  S.N. Medical College, Agra, India. He was lecturer in Anatomy for one year at the Warangal Medical College in Andhra Pradesh. He received his Neurosurgical training at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, Northern Ireland (Queen's University in Belfast) from 1963-1969. He also completed Ph.D. from the same University in 1967. He was Neurosurgical Fellow for three years at the Ellis Hospital of New York (affiliated with the Albany Medical Center). He furthered his Neurosurgery and Neuropathology experience at the University Hospital in Saskatoon in Canada.

  What Is Neurosurgery?                      

Neurological surgery is the medical specialty concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of patients with injury to, or diseases of, the brain, spine or peripheral nerves.

A neurological surgeon may provide either surgical or non-surgical care, depending on the nature of the injury or illness.

As a courtesy, we have an in house billing department and we will bill your insurance company on your behalf. We do accept most insurances. Co-Pay is due at time of office visit. Patient is responsible for bill. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Physician referral required by appointment.

If a co-payment is due for your visit, the co-payment is due the day of your appointment.

If you have had any testing done related to your problem (MRI, X-Rays, CT scan, EMG) please bring a copy of the report along with the actual films or compact disc, if applicable on the day of your appointment. You will be rescheduled if you come to your appointment without these films. You can pick up these films at the facility you had them done at. Please call the facility 24 hours in advance to have your films or compact discs ready.
